Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as preparation begins immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect items delivered

• Food arrives in a compromised or unfit condition

• Order is not delivered due to our error

3. Reporting Issues

Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, along with supporting photo or video evidence.

4. Resolution

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
